French religious image showing "La Vierge a L‘Anneau" which translates as The virgin has the ring. It dates to the first half of the twentieth century. This is quite a large and heavy item to ship so please check the shipping costs carefully.
Condition: Fair used condition with some wear and markings to the surface, the board itself is slightly warped but this is very slight and would not affect it being mounted onto the wall. I dont know the origins of the sign, perhaps it was made for a church. We have been trying to find out the story of the virgin and ring but are finding it quite hard to discover.
