French antique butter mold. French antique wooden 19th century butter mold. Here we have a lovely old French wooden country kitchen mold. This lovely old mold will have been used in the kitchen for forming blocks of butter. The pattern is a nice floral design. I am sure this piece is still perfectly usable. The piece comes apart, the two top blocks are hinged together at one end and they fix together at the other end with a little hook system. A beautiful antique piece that would look fabulous in any kitchen.

Condition: The overall condition is good for its age it does have a few small cracks to the wood here and there but nothing too bad.
