French vintage ceramic pie shaped terrine pot and cover.

Here we have a wonderful example of a French vintage terrine pot which actually looks good enough to eat. This pot and cover are a very realistic copy of a small baked pie, complete with an authentic steam hole. It is in a good vintage condition.  The whole piece is so life like you just want to pick it up and eat it.
This is a genuine rustic old pot, superbly modelled, that would have been used in the French country kitchen for the storing and serving of pates.
