Here we have a stunning French watercolour painting showing a country scene.
This is painted by a very talented artist it is a fabulous little painting.
The overall condition is good. It is quite hard to date this painting, there is no signature that I can see but the frame is I think quite old but may have been over painted at some time in the past. the frame is very ornate and quite heavy.
The painting itself is nicely done and shows some cottages in the far distance across a tree lined lake or river.
This would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
