Antique books. Two French antique books.
Here we have a lovely little pair of leather bound Antique French books.
These books are in the French language.
There is "Oraisons funebres De Bossuet" dated to 1889, and Oevres de P.L Courier" dated to 1877.
Both books are quarter bound in leather and have lovely marbling inside and out.
They each have a couple of lose pages inside but the pages are still attached, and there are general signs of wear with scuffing and rub marks here and there. There are also a couple of areas of lifted paper on the covers where sticky labels have been removed, which I have highlighted in the photos.
A fascinating pair of characterful leather bound antiquarian books.
Dimensions approx. Both books approx 19 x 12 cm.
Combined weight 1.07 kg.........Shipping includes tracking.
