French antique oil painting, floral still life on canvas.

19th century French floral painting with gilt frame, an original art work, though there is no signature on the painting that we can find. This is a very old canvas and dates back to the nineteenth century. The frame is not original to the painting and is more modern, however the gilt frame does enhance the painting, contrasting well with the dark background. A striking piece of French art that would enhance any home decor.

Condition: The overall condition is good. There is the usual crackling to the paint and light surface scratches here and there which is quite usual for paintings of this age.
