French oil painting.
Here we have a really lovely French oil painting of flowers.
The picture is very well painted, the artist certainly understood how to paint flowers, it is painted on board.
It is hard to date this painting but we think it probably dates to the mid twentieth century.
The overall condition is good, there are a few minor scratches here and there you can see one in photo number five to the right hand side. I find this painting quite charming, a real burst of colour that would liven up any wall. I really like the way the artist has painted the jug and the patterned tablecloth.
There is a signature in the bottom left hand corner but this is quite hard to make out.
A beautiful little floral painting that would make a great addition to any home decor.
