Two small French antique religious statues made of porcelain. These lovely old pieces are of a very small size, but are really nicely modelled with hand painted decoration. I believe these to be quite old pieces dating back to the nineteenth century. The main ground is white with gilt highlights throughout. Although these statues are very similar they are not a pair, there is a height difference.
Condition: Good used condition for both pieces., we can see no cracks or chips, there is some wear to the gilding as to be expected on pieces like this which would have been well handled over the years.
