French antique wooden stool or table Small antique wooden table.
Here we have a lovely little antique French stool or you could say miniature table.
It certainly has some real age to it. It has developed a lovely rich patina over the years. It is a really well modelled little table with a cross stretcher underneath joining the legs. It also has some patterning to the top which is a nice touch.
It is made of solid wood and is in good condition with just some general wear and tear quite usual on a piece of this age.
You can see that there is quite a bit of rubbing to some of the legs but this just adds to its authenticity and charm.
It is probably too small to be used as a stool and probably too big to be considered as a dolls house table. It falls somewhere between the two but what it does have is antique charm and character and is a lovely little piece of rustic furniture.
