A lovely example of an early French bronze candle holder. It has a simplistic but attractive form and is in the classic style of the period, with a rose design base.
Condition: fair used condition with a dent to the base on the rim and it looks like the bolt and washer holding the base to the column has been replaced at some point, you can see this in the photos. However, this is a beautiful candlestick with real genuine wear and patina and a very decorative form, very usable.
