French bronze Jesus Christ plaque. Decorative Jesus bronze wall plaque by A Dubois.
Here we have a really splendid French bronze plaque by the artist and sculpture A Dubois.
I have not attempted to polish the bronze, apart from giving the plaque a wash I have left it in its found condition. It could of course be polished up to a high shine if you preferred. There are two bolts at the back which were used to attach the plaque.
This piece would be great used as an addition to any home decor project.
The overall condition is good for its age, there are a couple of spots of verdi gris here and there but nothing too bad.
A fabulous piece of French art that would make a superb addition to any home.
Dimensions approx. Diameter 14 cm 5 1/2 ins.
