French still life oil painting on board of apples. This is a small painting so please check the dimensions carefully. Here we have a wonderful little painting showing two apples on a table. This is a stunning picture and was clearly done by a very talented artist although there is no signature that we can find.
Condition: As you can see there are a couple of condition issues, there is a bit of paint loss right at the top centre of the picture and also some of the corners are a bit worn. There is also a light crease or crack down through the centre of the left hand apple which I have highlighted in one of the photos but this does not detract from the splendour of the piece.
With a new gilt frame this fabulous little painting would be a wonderful addition to any home decor.
