Black antique Chinoiserie table lamp.
Here we have a splendid piece of country house decor in the form of a black Chinoiserie table lamp.
There are some issues with the lamp. As you can see there is some damage to some of the gilded highlights including some missing parts to the persons robes on the figure on the column of the lamp and also some missing bits around the base of the lamp as well as general wear and tear and rubbing to most parts of the lamp. I have reflected this in the price. It is still a beautiful example of its type and dates to the early twentieth century.
It would need to be professionally rewired in its destination country and safety tested.
A splendid old lamp that once fully restored would make a a fabulous feature in any home.
