Antique pewter Arts and crafts style pewter pitcher by Hutton of Sheffield England. Here we have a splendid Arts and crafts style jug with a hand hammered finish and a hinged lid with thumbpiece.
The overall condition is good it does have a bump to the base underneath where the makers stamp is, so this does not show unless you pick the jug up to look at the base, there are also some small marks around the jug which I have pointed out in the photos, these would probably polish out if you want to polish the jug up to a silver finish, I have left the jug alone apart from a light wash.
A splendid old pewter pitcher that would make a great addition to any collection.
