French antique brass candlesticks. French antique brass candle holders with drip plate beneath the sconces.
Her we have a very striking pair of French antique candlesticks in a plain but elegant form with wax drip trays beneath the sconces.
The overall condition is good. There are a few very minor dings and scratches here and there but only what you would expect to see on aged pieces like this. There is also some verdi gris present here and there around the bases, I have tried to point this out in the photos. This is very minor and certainly does not detract from the splendour of these lovely old candle holders.
There are wax remnants present in the sconces. One of the candlesticks has a very slight lean.
A good genuine pair of antique candlesticks that would make a great addition to any home decor.
