French antique glass photo frame. French antique picture frame.
A charming original French antique photo frame, very stylish and very French.
This lovely old frame has a glass which sits inside the metal base.
The photo would be backed by a piece of card and would be held in place by the metal strap at the back. The lovely repousse decoration has a cupid firing the arrow, so the frame would be ideal for a loved one like your cat or dog.
I would think this frame probably dates to the early part of the twentieth century.
