Jesus statue. French spelter Jesus statue on a marble base.
Here we have a really striking statue made from spelter and depicting Jesus with arms outstretched. I have said spelter it could be brass the statue is quite heavy for its size.
The overall condition is good for its age. I would think the statue dates to the first half of the twentieth century.
A lovely French religious statue that would really enhance any home decor.
